Kris Bernal is a teen actress from the Philippines. Her real name is Kristine Ann Tan Bernal and was born in Quezon City, Philippines on May 17, 1989.

She was a dean’s lister nursing student at Trinity University of Asia when she auditioned and passed at the fourth season of Starstruck, the reality-based artista search of GMA-7. She was one of the most liked among her female batchmates and she later on grabbed the other half of the title “Ultimate Loveteam” with Mart Escudero, who is her ex-boyfriend.

Kris Bernal found a good loveteam partner in Aljur Abrenica. Among their projects together include include Starstruck, Boys Nxt Door, SOP Rules, Maynila, Zaido: Ang Pulis Pangkalawakan, Dyesebel, Luna Mystica and Sinenovela’s Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin? Where she reprised the role of Sharon Cuneta.
