Anne Curtis

Anne Ojales Curtis Smith, more popularly known as Anne Curtis, is a Filipino-Australian TV actress. She was born on the 17th of February, 1985 in Australia. She is a daughter of a Filipina and an Australian lawyer. Though she was born in Australia, her family still decided to return to her mother’s homeland back in the Philippines.
Her first projects in Philippine television were with GMA-7, where she played supporting roles. In 2004, she had a change of heart and switched to ABS-CBN. Her astonishing performance in ABS-CBN prompted the network to give her her first television series, Kampanerang Kuba.
She recently finished her latest movie, Baler, a Grade A (rated by Cinema Evaluation Board) movie and an entry to the recently-concluded 34th Metro Manila Film Festival. The movie Baler, literally plowed awards during the said festival. She is currently busy with the running television series, Dyosa.
