JC De Vera is John Carlo De Vera in real life. He was born on March 10, 1986 at Manila Philippines. He is known as a popular leading man and model of the Kapuso Network.

He started out his showbiz career in 2004 at the youth-oriented show Click opposite Valerie Concepcion. Later on, he was paired to Julienne Lee at the afternoon barkada show Joyride and appeared in two seasons of Agos.

His major step from “teenstar” to “leading man” status started when he was paired with Yasmien Kurdi in three drama shows like “Pati ba Pintig ng Puso?”, “Pasan ko ang Daigdig” and the critically-acclaimed “Babangon ako’t Dudurugin Kita”. 

Among his movie credits include White Lady, Shake, Rattle and Roll, My Monster Mom and Loving You.

He was formerly linked to Pauleen Luna, Michelle Madrigal and Sexbomb Aifha Medina. He is currently being paired to Rhian Ramos in the tv show La Lola
