At first glance, Ejay doesn’t look the typical promdi for he moves in a smooth and urbane manner. But as one gets to know him, the truth about his hometown begins to show, not that he tries to hide it. This shy lad from Oriental Mindoro speaks with straight and clear Tagalog, with a taint of Mindorenyo and a Visayan accent. Ejay grew up in the island of Pola where there is a scarcity of water and electricity, and watching TV Patrol and primetime teleseryes from the community TV, the only form of entertainment for the residents. Despite his timid ways acquired from his rural origins and strict Christian upbringing, Ejay is courageous and determined, ready to take on anything just to free his family from the poverty that ruined his parents’s marriage. He dreams big for his family that even if he is granted one wish, he’d not ask for fame but for his family to be together again. He is hopeful that Pinoy Big Brother is the first big step to realizing this dream.

Either Ejay and Robi deserved to win but I really prefereed EJAY not because he came from a poor family kundi dahil willing niang matutunan ang mga bagay, ndi xa agad pinanghihinaan at maganda talagang halimbawa.
I’ll support u and I love French people, kung sinansabi nilang ndi ka marunong mag-english then learn it. BUT I tell you guys, YAYAMAN ba Tayo kung lahat tayo MAG-ENGLISH?..lol. I watch every episode of Pbb teen edition plus tru TFC.And one factor na nalo sya ay hindi dahil sa mahirap sya or nag makaawa cya kundi dahil sa panlalait na ginagawa sa kanya ng fans ni robi at lalo na yung panlalait ng kalbong spaniard na si John. And beside nung big night Ejay was not so tense like Robi.Relax lang sya kasi for him 2nd big placer is still a winner. But for rich people like robi and his supporters 2nd placer is a losser. Yan ang problema sa mga mayayaman at taong di dumanas mag strugle sa buhay to survive.They canÂ’t accept defeat and failures.And one more thing iba if there is a guidance and blessings of the Lord.
