NAPANOOD NA NAMIN ang trailer ng The Last Prince, ang unang telefantasyang handog ng GMA-7 para sa 2010. Sina Aljur Abrenica at Kris Bernal ang pinagkatiwalaan ng Kapuso network para sa napaka-engrandeng proyektong ito. Kasali rin sa cast ang tambalang Geoff Eigenmann at Carla Abellana (support na lang ba sina Fernando Jose at Rosalinda?), Emilio Garcia, Eula Valdez, Carmina Villaroel, Chanda Romero, Angelu de Leon, Bianca King, Chynna Ortaleza, Stef Prescott, Bubbles Paraiso at ang nagbabalik-Kapuso na si Princess Punzalan.
In fairness, bongga ang supporting cast ng dalawa. Hindi rin tinipid ang costumes at production design. Kunsabagay, ang telefantasya naman talaga ang forte ng Siyete. Buti naman at mukhang makababawi na sila sa mga sumemplang na fantaserye nila noong 2009.
Totoo kaya ang nasagap naming balita na ang The Last Prince na rin ang huling proyekto ng tambalang AlKris? Diumano, ang proyektong ito na raw ang unang hakbang sa pagbuild-up kay Aljur bilang isang leading man. Susubukan na rin daw itong ipares sa ibang leading ladies ng Kapuso network sa kanyang upcoming projects. Totoo naman kaya ito?
Kapansin-pansin rin ang pagbabago kay Kris Bernal. Tila pumayat ‘ata ito nang biglaan. May nagsasabing baka nagparetoke raw ito. Naku, kailangan ninyong linawin ‘yan agad!
Ang The Last Prince (a.k.a The Last AlKris show?) ay mag-uumpisa na sa Lunes. Makabawi na kaya ang Starstruck loveteam na ito? Abangan na lang natin ang susunod na kabanata.

The original movie stars Gabby Concepcion, Sharon Cuneta and Chanda Romero.

Nina Jose is set to make the guys fall for her at the valentine issue of Maxim. She started her showbiz career via the first season of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition. Last year, she appeared at the cover of FHM with Hazel Anne Mendoza and was included in three films: Half Blood Samurai, Desperadas 2 and Shake, Rattle & Roll X.
Her biggest TV break is playing the role of Anika, the main antagonist at My Girl.
